A 100% performance - labor and materials bond will be required on this project. The City of St. George reserves the right to reject any or all submissions or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the City. All proposals become the property of the City of St. George, which reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and select those deemed to be in the entity's best interest. The City also reserves the right to negotiate to determine the firm's or individual's choice to do the necessary work.
