Site work and paving for a civil project in Granite Falls, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
**As of April 23rd, 2026, this project has been awarded to Earthwork Solutions for $1,815,088.39. ** This project provides for roadway and utility improvements in and along Kentucky Avenue and Indiana Avenue. The work under this contract is separated into two separate schedules of work and includes, but is not limited to, water main improvements, storm drainage system improvements, pavement reconstruction, installation of curbs, gutters, and Low Impact Development facilities (permeable pavers and porous concrete sidewalks), temporary erosion control, and pedestrian and traffic control, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Sealed proposals must be submitted for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees required for the project. Proposals are to be submitted only on the provided Bid Documents and must include a certified check, postal money order, cashier's check, or Proposal bond payable to the City of Granite Falls in an amount not less than five percent of the total Proposal amount.
