Dallas County is seeking Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services for Building Renovation Projects in Adel, Iowa, including Auditor Office Renovations at 100 Nile Kinnick Drive N and Auditor Renovations at 210 N 10th Street. The County intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract with the selected CMaR during the preconstruction process. The CMaR will be selected through a two-step solicitation process based on the following criteria: projects of similar size and scope, past performance, safety record, proposed personnel, and proposed methodology. Qualified respondents will later submit proposed fees. The contract will be awarded to the CMaR offering the best value according to the published criteria and ranking evaluation.
