Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Adel, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services are requested to provide construction services for a new Adel EMS Station, to be located in Adel, Iowa. The selected CMaR will enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract during the preconstruction process. The selection will follow a two-step solicitation process considering projects of similar size and scope, past performance, safety record, proposed personnel, and proposed methodology. At the proposal stage, qualified respondents will submit their proposed fees, and the selection will be based on best value per the published criteria and ranking evaluation. The County may also conduct interviews as part of the evaluation process.
