Turner Construction will receive Statements of Qualification (also referred to as Preapproval Forms herein) for construction of Dallas County Evidence Storage and Firing Range in Adel, Iowa. The project consists of providing firing range equipment and the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for the proposed Firing Range Building to be constructed near the existing Dallas County Sheriff's Department. The project is located at: 28985 Thin Blue Line Lane Adel, Iowa 50003 Preapproval Form submissions are only being accepted at this time for the work scope packages listed below: BP 12.01 Firing Range Equipment - This package includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing equipment as specified for a twelve-lane firing range. This will include heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment complete with integrated controls to support the firing range equipment and spatial conditions. Submissions meeting or exceeding minimum scoring criteria shall be deemed as an approved bidder for the project. The Construction Manager and/or Owner retain the right to reject any/all submission documents if documentation is deemed flawed, incomplete, or insufficient to properly score.
