The project consists of selective demolition and improvements to existing spaces on 1 st , 2nd, and 3 rd floor of the existing Dallas County Courthouse. Preapproval Form submissions are only being accepted at this time for the work scope packages listed below: BP 06.01 General Trades – This package includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; miscellaneous concrete patching; supply and installation of rough and finish carpentry materials, architectural wood casework; doors, frames, and hardware; access flooring, specialty items, solid surfaces, and window treatments. BP 09.01 Gypsum Board Assemblies and Acoustical Ceilings – This package includes, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of interior and exterior metal stud framed wall, bulkhead, soffit, and ceiling gypsum board assemblies and acoustical ceilings. BP 22.01 Plumbing and Mechanical – This package includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition of existing plumbing and mechanical work and the supply and installation of new plumbing and mechanical systems complete with fixtures and equipment. BP 26.01 Electrical – This package includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition of existing electrical, communications, and electronic safety and security work and the supply and installation of new electrical, communications, electronic safety and security systems complete with fixtures and equipment.
