The project consists of providing site development work and building components for the proposed Evidence Storage and Firing Range Building to be constructed near the existing Dallas County Sheriff's Department. The project is located at: 28985 Thin Blue Line Lane Adel, Iowa 50003 BP 06.01 General Trades & Carpentry - This package includes, but is not limited to: wood blocking (interior and exterior), roof blocking, exterior insulated nail base, supply and installation of doors, frames, and hardware, joint sealants (as applicable to the scope of work), supply and installation of specialties, supply and installation of signage, wall and door protection, fire extinguishers supply and installation, casework supply and installation, and some TBD temporary general conditions & requirements. BP 07.01 Roofing and Sheetmetal - This package includes, but is not limited to: full adhered EPDM roofing system at Firing Range Building, and tie-in to the Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB), roof specialties, and roof accessories, sheetmetal coping cap, and miscellaneous sheetmetal trims. BP 09.01 Framing and Drywall - This package includes, but is not limited to, Cold Formed Metal Framing, interior gypsum board assemblies and walls, drywall finishing, & acoustical ceilings. BP 22.01 Plumbing and Mechanical - This package includes, but not limited to, Plumbing systems and fixtures, Heating, Ventilating, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems and fixtures, Temperature Control systems (including rough-in), Test and Balance of installed systems. BP 26.01 Electrical, Low Voltage, & Security - This package includes, but is not limited to: Electrical, Communications, Security, Access Control, and Fire Alarm systems.
