Reference number: 20131471 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-30 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 1 Description The work covered by this contract consists of paving work on Thiffault, Gagnon, and Jean Marie Streets, located within the Municipality of Hérouxville. The planned work on each street is as follows. Rue Thiffault - Complete reconstruction over 50 linear meters; - Partial reconstruction over approximately 150 linear meters; - Adjustment of the frames and grates of (2) two catch basins; - Installation of paving over approximately 200 linear meters; - Refilling of the shoulders; - Road marking; - Site restoration; - Adjustment of private property entrances; - All work necessary to complete the project. Rue Gagnon and Jean Marie - Blasting and excavation of the asphalt pavement at the intersection for the connection; - Adjustment of ten (10) catch basins for water drainage; - Scarification and decontamination of the existing foundation to a depth of approximately 50 mm; - Backfilling with MG-20 to a variable thickness; - Installation of pavement over approximately 465 linear meters; - Backfilling of the shoulders; - Road marking; - Site restoration; - Adjustment of private property entrances; - All work necessary to complete the project. All details are described in tender document MHER-002 and in the plans in Section J. The works specified in the tender documents cover the entire scope of the project. The local authority reserves the right to cancel part or all of the project. Delivery schedule The works must be completed during the 2026 season, and all paving works must be completed by 15 October 2026. Other related works, such as site restoration, must be completed by 31 October 2026.
