Description

Renovation of a stadium in Cochrane, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

The Town of Cochrane is seeking proposals from qualified mechanical/refrigeration contractors to complete three separate but related mechanical upgrades at the Tim Hortons Event Centre: Sub-Floor Brine Circulation Pump Replacement, Chiller Replacement, and Compressor Replacement. The project will be awarded to a single proponent for all scopes. Submissions must be made online, and only online submissions will be accepted. The refrigeration and HVAC system are critical to arena ice performance, dehumidification control, and building comfort.
