The work to be performed shall consist of providing a 12/16/20 MVA power transformer and all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the delivery, unloading, and installation of the 12/16/20 MVA power transformer to the Cascade Locks Substation. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Proposal form contained in the Bid Documents, addressed and mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked "BID: City of Cascade Locks - Cascade Locks Substation Transformer Replacement Bid" with the name, address of the bidder, the time, date of the bid and identification if a Resident or Nonresident bidder. Project details and transformer specifications are within the bid binder. All bid documents and project information can be downloaded from the Vantage Point Solutions bid center. Vantage Point Solutions, on behalf of the Purchaser/Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Vantage Point Solutions also reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Purchaser.
