** As of 4/16/26, project will rebid on 5/1/26. All bids are to be received by/before 2:00p. ** Bidding questions may be directed at Dwight Clayon, Brandstetter Carroll Inc. at 513-651-4224. A sealed bid is requested for FUEL TANK REPLACEMENT at the Pickaway County Airport. The work involves furnishing all required documentation for bidding, including a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, and providing evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders are also required to include a complete list of all subcontractors intended for use. Compliance with Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Pickaway County and Circleville, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, is mandatory. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid that is deemed lowest and best. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days following the bid opening.
