The project consists of repairs to and abandonment of the powerhouse at Cottonville Dam in Adams County, WI. Major project activities include construction dewatering; concrete surface repairs; epoxy injection grouting; cast-in-place concrete; repainting of steel spillway gates; and selective demolition and abandonments. Bids shall be submitted in electronic format through Quest vBid. Bidders and other interested parties may call the provided teleconference number on the day of the bids to hear results announced. Bidding documents may be obtained for a non-refundable fee. Question Deadline 04/10/2026 No binding interpretation of the meaning or intent of the drawings, specifications, or other bidding documents will be made to any bidder orally. Requests for such interpretation shall be made to Ayres in writing. Requests received less than 7 days prior to the Bid Deadline may not be answered.
