This Project will consist of selected exterior concrete block masonry repairs including tuckpointing and cleaning followed by painting all exterior concrete block masonry units per the Drawings and Project Manual. It is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids. All Contractors wishing to submit a Bid on this Project must attend the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. No Bid will be considered which is not accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond payable to the City of New Hope in an amount of not less than 5 percent of the Bid amount. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids.
