This is a solicitation for a one-year firm-fixed price blanket order for Asphalt Patcher Parts. Bids must be for firm-fixed pricing for the specified materials. Items offered must be from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or be an approved equal. All goods must be delivered in good condition, adhering to specifications, brand, and part number, and must be tailgate delivered to the designated stockroom during specified weekday hours, excluding holidays. RCOC item number and Purchase Order number must be included on all packing slips and invoices. Alternate bids must be submitted as complete and separate bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest price bidder meeting all required specifications. The RCOC reserves the right to award to more than one bidder and to reject any or all bids or any part thereof. Samples may be requested, and bidders must clearly label them. Financial capability to perform the contract may be required. The contract is non-assignable without written consent, and subcontracting is not allowed without prior approval. The successful bidder must provide insurance as detailed, with RCOC listed as additional insured, and hold harmless provisions apply. All goods must meet MIOSHA standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days after acceptance, and a W-9 must be provided. The RCOC is tax exempt and eligible for government pricing. The RCOC reserves the right to add or delete items during the contract term, and quantities listed are estimates only. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible supplier. Deliveries are subject to inspection and acceptance at the designated location. The contract may be terminated for convenience by RCOC with thirty (30) days’ notice.
