Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Westfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This RFQ is to prequalify Elevator and Terrazzo Sub Contractors only in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, 44D 3/4 and 810 CMR 10.00 as those trades did not receive the minimum number of 3 as required. Sub Contractors in only the following sub-trades will be prequalified for this Project Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Sub Bid Category Elevator; Terrazzo Tile The city failed to receive the required minimum number of bids in these categories and per MGL we are required to rebid for the prequalification of these categories. Questions are due by March 25, 2026 by 4:00pm
