Up to two vendors may be awarded a contract, depending on the needs of the Commission. The contract term is one year, with a total contract amount not to exceed $260,000 per year. Bidders must direct all questions in writing via email by the specified deadline. The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any proposals if it is in the best interest of the Commission.
