Contractor Qualification Highway Division Question Deadline 03/21/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department via email t.tefft@cityofwestfield.org or n.reynolds@cityofwestfield.org The work consists of a base bid and two alternatives. The Base Bid - Southwick Road Improvements includes installing a bump out with RRFBs, cement concrete sidewalks and pedestrian curb ramps, granite curbing, drainage improvements, associated lawn repairs, and restriping of the roadway to include buffered bike lanes. Alternate 1 - Crane Avenue and Mill Street Improvements consists of full depth reconstruction on Crane Avenue and mill & overlay of Mill Street and Crane Avenue intersection, cement concrete sidewalks and pedestrian curb ramps, granite curbing, drainage improvements, and associated lawn repairs. Alternate 2 - includes recessed polyurea pavement markings in lieu of painted markings. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.
