Question Deadline 03/13/2026 All questions related to this bid must be submitted in writing to Danielle Aubrey at daubrey@wgeld.org The work under this Contract consists of Approximately ten point three six (10.36) miles of overhead distribution, point three five (0.35) miles of feeder fiber for FSA 09, and point nine six (0.96) miles of underground within existing conduit of fiber service in the Town of West Springfield. Work will include the tie in of new distribution cabinets into existing backbone and construction for the installation, modification, and distribution facilities to expand the fiber-to-thepremise footprint in the Town of West Springfield, MA. Work performed will be based on a lump sum pricing identified by the description of the work as noted. Westfield Gas and Electric does not guarantee a minimum or maximum of work requested of the contractor, as the owner intends to augment its in-house crews with contractor crews, as needed. Item quantities are estimated based on current strategic planned projects for the next year and anticipated run rates based on construction schedules.
