Renovation of a multi-residential development in Passaic, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The work includes replacing the existing 800A 3-phase 208V underground service with a new overhead service to a new meter bank and switch on the exterior of the building. The existing meters and switch located on the interior of the building will be removed. Overhead service to be provided by PSE&G. All other work including sitework and minor building modifications will be included in this contract. Proposals are for a single, overall contract for general construction, covering all trades, for labor and materials to complete the project. Bid proposals must be submitted in triplicate and as directed by the specifications, in a sealed envelope addressed to the owner, with the contract designation and the name and address of the bidder on the envelope. Each bid must include a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid amount not to exceed $20,000, and the required affidavits and consent of surety as specified. Compliance with Affirmative Action Regulations, New Jersey statutes, and HUD prevailing wage rates are required. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids, and make awards in the best interest of the Authority. Minority and Women-owned Businesses are encouraged to submit bids.
