Site work for an educational facility in Passaic, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

The work consists of early site preparation, abatement, and demolition services to demolish and remove the existing Passaic High School No. 12. The building shall be abated of all hazardous materials within the existing building as well as all existing and associated site elements within the project boundary limits, and the site shall be prepared for further development, all as fully described in the contract documents.
