Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Passaic, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Sealed proposals will be received for the furnishing and delivery to the City of Passaic for the Kol Square and Main Avenue Triangle Pocket Parks Revitalization Project. Proposals must be made on the standard proposal form provided, accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond from a Surety/Bonding Company licensed and qualified to do business in New Jersey, a Certified Check, or a Cashier's Check in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total amount bid, but not exceeding $20,000.00. A Certificate of Surety from a qualified Surety Company must also be submitted, stating it will provide a Performance Bond for the total bid price. The successful contractor will be required to submit a Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond. Proposals, the Proposal Guarantee, and Certificate of Surety must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed per the provided instructions, bearing the contract title and the name and address of the bidder. Bidders must comply with state requirements and prevailing wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. The City Council reserves the right to consider bids for sixty days after their receipt.
