Renovation of a multi-residential development in Passaic, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Rehabilitation of the building located at 287 Monroe Street, Passaic, New Jersey. The scope of work is to be performed under the direction of 287-289 Monroe Associates LLC (the Developer), with the City of Passaic acting only as an administrative coordinator for receipt of submissions and not as a party to the contract. Submission requirements include enclosing the proposal in a sealed envelope, addressing it to the Developer c/o the City of Passaic Division of Purchasing, and marking it clearly. Bid security, if required, should be a bid bond or a certified/cashier’s check for ten percent of the total bid not exceeding $20,000, payable to 287-289 Monroe Associates LLC. The successful contractor must provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds as specified by the Developer’s contract documents. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including non-discrimination and, where applicable, prevailing wage requirements.
