The scope of work is to be performed under the direction of 287-289 Monroe Associates LLC (the Developer), with the City of Passaic acting only as an administrative coordinator for receipt of submissions and not as a party to the contract. Submission requirements include enclosing the proposal in a sealed envelope, addressing it to the Developer c/o the City of Passaic Division of Purchasing, and marking it clearly. Bid security, if required, should be a bid bond or a certified/cashiers check for ten percent of the total bid not exceeding $20,000, payable to 287-289 Monroe Associates LLC. The successful contractor must provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds as specified by the Developers contract documents.
