The work involves supplying "Fitting Sidewalk Guy" in accordance with specifications provided, including the requirement for the fitting to accept a standard 2-1/2 inch pipe and accommodate one, two, or three 5/16-inch to 7/16-inch diameter guy wires, as outlined in drawing OB579-04. The fittings are to be hot-dip galvanized and packaged five each per carton. Approved products listed are "HUBBELL" #DG5D1 and "IMP/ALLIS" #ACC-01-033. Delivery must not exceed 95 calendar days from receipt of order. Bidders quoting products from manufacturers other than those specified must supply a sample within 5 business days of request, along with a specification sheet and required documentation. All labeling and packaging instructions must be followed, and only complete line item shipments will be accepted. All responses must be submitted electronically, and only through the designated eRSP system. Bidders are required to submit all completed forms as listed in the vendor checklist through the eRSP system. Payments will be made 30 calendar days after delivery and receipt of a corrected invoice. Any questions must be submitted through the eRSP "Q & A" section.
