These works include masonry, roofing and window sealing, as well as various structural works. Work is expected to begin between 15 April and 15 May 2026. An information session, followed where appropriate by a site visit, will be conducted by the Company's project manager. Interested tenderers must attend on 26 March 2026 at 10.00 am at 835 Avenue des Pins Ouest, Montreal (Quebec) H3A 1A1. Attendance at this session is strongly recommended. Bidders must bring and wear their own personal protective equipment during the site visit. The public opening of tenders takes place on the date and at the time specified for the receipt of tenders. The only way for anyone to attend this opening is to watch it live online at the address provided for this purpose in the Supplementary Instructions. It is not possible to view the video recording of the opening at a later date, nor is it permitted to record or broadcast it.
