Hodges Well House Rehabilitation Project: Demolish and construct a new well house including sitework, yard piping, and valves. The contract time is 90 consecutive calendar days, with liquidated damages assessed if exceeded. Extensions must be approved prior to the completion date. The contract time is 120 consecutive calendar days, with liquidated damages if the contract time is exceeded. Extensions must be approved prior to completion date. Plans and specifications are available at the Town of Hodges office or may be obtained from the engineers upon payment of a deposit. The deposit is refunded in full to each prime contractor submitting a bid. All guidelines for ARPA Funded Projects apply. Instructions to bidders include the requirement to contact the office if they wish to place a bid. The project objectives for utilization of Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women's Business Enterprises (WBEs) are as follows: Commodities (Supplies) MBE 4% WBE 11% Contractual (Services) MBE 8% WBE 30% Equipment MBE 5% WBE 20% Construction MBE 2.5% WBE 3%
