This project is to replace an existing gravel parking lot with a reinforced concrete lot at the Public Works Shop in Gretna, Nebraska (the "Project"). The current lot is compacted gravel/soil mix. The Project area is used by large trucks and construction equipment. Sarpy County, Nebraska is seeking proposals for the Public Works Gretna Maintenance Lot Expansion for the Facilities Management Department. Bidding criteria must be received online at https://sarpy.ionwave.net. Vendors who obtain specifications from other internet sites are responsible for obtaining any addendums that may be added later. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
