Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Decaturville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Construct a 33' x 19' x 4” ADA compliant concrete pad with 2” poured in place (color to be determined) rubber playground surfacing with a 1% slope, using 3500 psi limestone. Demolish and remove a 5' section of the ramp. Construct a 5' ADA compliant landing using 3500 psi limestone. Modify the existing hand railing. Completion date is set for July 31st, 2026. Interested bidders must contact the Facilities Supervisor for an onsite inspection. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the project name and the name of the person or firm submitting the bid, and must include contractor license and general liability insurance. Only bids from responsible firms or persons will be considered. The board has committed to award the bid to the lowest bidder and reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities present.
