Required engineering services may include topographic and boundary surveying; lake rehabilitation design (dredging, shoreline stabilization, aquatic habitat improvements); project scoping and conceptual design aligned with BDSL standards; cost estimating and budgeting, including phased development; design of courtesy docking, fishing access, and ADA-compliant improvements; preparation of construction plans and specifications; permitting and regulatory compliance; construction administration and inspection; and other engineering and related services as needed.
