Renovation of a mixed-use development in Decaturville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; educational facility; and day care center.

Sealed bids are invited for the following items: remove and replace gutter/downspouts with box-galvanized prime and paint type on the entire school (excluding CTE Building); remove and replace awnings at the left entrance of the main building with proper flashing; remove and replace three patio awnings at the CTE Building, including J-Trim, proper flashing, and exterior awning lighting; repair and replace HVAC components including a heat pump exterior coil for a 4-ton unit, three ductwork systems, repair of a central air condenser with four cabinet panels and three fan guards, and installation of a 60-amp disconnect box. Additional work includes similar gutter/downspout projects at the Field House, Performing Arts Building, and Little Panther Daycare, with specific repairs to awnings and standing seam panels, and ductwork at the baseball field. For PES, replace and paint gutters/downspouts on the metal roof section. All debris must be hauled away from the site. Completion required by October 15, 2026. Bids must be presented in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the name of the person or firm submitting the bid, contractor license, and general liability insurance. Only responsible firms or persons capable of fulfilling the contract may submit bids. The board will award the bid to the lowest bidder and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
