Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
*As of May 21, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.* The project includes the installation of three asphalt pickleball courts with acrylic finish, new accessible parking and driveway off Clay Avenue, chain link fencing, conduit, and pole bases for future lighting. An alternative bid includes an additional pickleball court with items including additional grading, additional chain link fence, light poles, conduit, and acrylic surfacing. Bids must be addressed to Dunmore Borough and plainly marked with the wording 'Bid for Dunmore Pickleball Courts.' Bids will only be accepted from interested parties who have registered electronically. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, a Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, Statement of Bidders Qualification, Employment Verification Form, Equal Employment Opportunity Affidavit, and Contractor Integrity Clause. The successful bidder will be required to obtain a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Warranty Bond. The borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty days after opening. All bidder's questions shall be accepted via email until 4:00 P.M., Wednesday April 1, 2026.
