Approximately 16,856 Square Yards -Asphalt Seal Coating The work in connection with this project constitutes a Public Works by a Public Body under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, which must be paid to worker's employed on this project, are incorporated in the Contract Documents. Proposals must be submitted upon the bid forms furnished by the Township and may be obtained at the Municipal Building or online & include certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% as security. The successful bidder will be required to provide a payment bond and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals deemed in the best interest of the Municipality.
