Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Contract #1 is for base repair, paving fabric, and placement of wearing course Superpave, all as specified in the Technical Specifications. Contract #2 is for furnishing and delivering 9.5mm SuperPave Wearing Course. Bidders must obtain documents directly from James R. Holley & Associates, Inc. to be qualified. Each bidder is required to provide a Bid Bond or Certified Check for five percent (5%) of the bid. Upon contract award, Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount for Contract #1 must be submitted. All bids must be submitted on the bid proposal form and sealed in an envelope clearly marked "Bid Proposal Stewartstown Borough Streets 2026." The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the bid deadline. Contract #1 shall be for base repair, paving fabric, and placement of wearing course Superpave all included within the Technical Specifications. A Costars proposal (Contract #2) for furnishing and delivering 9.5mm SuperPave Wearing Course will be acquired by the Borough in addition to Contract #1 proposal. CONTRACT # 1: Base repair, 9.5mm SuperPave Wearing Course Overlay with Heavy Duty Membranes / Paving Fabric and related construction. Location- High Street from Mill to Charles and a portion of Springwood Avenue
