Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Big Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project as a whole includes improvements to two existing clarifiers at the Water Treatment Plant including recoating of existing steel mechanisms and support structures, recoating of clarifier room ceiling, repair of concrete spalls at clarifier perimeter railing, replacement of clarifier rubber skirt, and all related work. Prospective bidders are directed to refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents for all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered Plan Holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answere
