Site work for a civil project in Big Rapids, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The City of McBain invites statements of qualifications, experience, and interest from qualified engineering consultants for providing all required surveying, grant administration, preliminary and final design, and construction engineering services for the City of McBain Industrial Park Sanitary Sewer Improvements. The City of McBain will conduct an evaluation of the Statements of Qualifications. The evaluation will be made on the following basis: Qualifications and experience of the project team members proposed. Previous sanitary pump station and force main experience. Success in obtaining US Economic Development Administration (EDA) grants in the last five years. Previous Grant Administration experience with the EDA, including administration of projects with EDA and additional funding sources. Firms capacity to complete the project. History of successful projects with the City of McBain The intended project will consist of the following: Replacement of an aged and under-capacity sanitary pump station Installation of new force main from the new pump station to the Citys WWTF. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all RFQs, waive any informalities and award the contract to the most qualified firm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
