This is a turn-key project requiring the successful bidder to be appropriately licensed, OSHA certified, and possess the resources to plan, manage, and provide the methods and means to demolish the structures and dispose of the debris as approved by the City. The work includes demolition of the empty abandoned concrete structures, filling of foundations and voids with suitable and approved material from the demolition, and removal of all debris including concrete, metal, wood, and other material. Bids will be received by the City of North Kansas City, Missouri at the Office of City Clerk until the specified date and time, and will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after. This is a prevailing wage project subject to Missouri prevailing wage laws. The Owner reserves the right to waive minor informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids. The Owner may also negotiate with the apparent lowest responsible bidder or with multiple bidders if rejection of all bids is deemed in the City's best interest.
