Each Bid will be accompanied by Bid Security, in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Bid as security for Bidder's obligation to enter into a Contract with the City on the terms stated in the Bid Form and to furnish all items required by the Bidding Documents. Bid Security will be a Bid Bond on the form provided by the City or a certified check made payable to "City of Simi Valley." When a Bond is used for Bid Security, failure to use the City's Bid Bond form will result in the rejection of the Bid. One (1) original of the Agreement signed by the bidder. One (1) original of the Payment Bond. One (1) original of the Performance Bond. Certificates of Insurance on form provided by the City.
