Renovation of a transportation facility in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to: demolition, removal, and disposal of existing bus wash system and ancillary equipment; installation of new bus wash system and ancillary equipment; furnishing and installation of entry light LED system, speed control LED system, rear washing indicator LED system, reverse osmosis arch with check valves, reverse osmosis system, reverse osmosis transfer pump, reverse osmosis booster pump, reverse osmosis tank with floats, seismic restraints for reverse osmosis tank, water reclamation system, reclaim water tank with floats, seismic restraints for reclaim water tank, freshwater make-up, and a 5HP air compressor; electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work; furnishing and installation of new bus wash splash guard panels; and all appurtenant work as may be necessary in accordance with the bid schedule. All bids must be sealed and submitted to the City Clerk's office at 2929 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley, California 93063. Please mark the outside of the envelope (and express shipment envelope, if applicable) with: BUS WASH SYSTEM REPLACEMENT PROJECT, CP75000011, SPECIFICATION NO. SV 26-10.
