The work consists of providing control system integration services for the MCC Replacement Project, including Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and configuration, and construction-related services. The scope includes modifying existing written control strategies for all PLC programming for process and mechanical equipment powered from new MCCs; holding coordination workshops with the Owner to review and define PLC programming; coordinating data transmission lists between MCCs and PLCs; performing all PLC programming services required for installing new MCCs, including modifying control logic and mapping I/O signals; reusing existing control logic where possible; and specifically modifying PLC programs for designated PLCs. Construction services include modifying existing control panels (PCM-1000 and PCM-1400) according to technical drawings and specifications, removing unused PLC I/O modules, and abandoning specific I/O signals as needed. Onsite support during MCC commissioning and testing, as well as support with Owner's HMI programming, is required. All work must comply with the provided conditions, content, and technical requirements. Proposals must include a cover letter, firm information, similar work experience, project team and resumes, a project approach narrative, and a proposed price using the provided schedule. Submission must comply with all stated requirements and will be evaluated based on price and completeness according to specified criteria and forms.
