Renovation of an educational facility in Huntington, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Representatives of the Board of School Trustees of the Huntington County Community School Corporation will receive sealed bids for the Secure Vestibules project. The contract is to be bid as a single project. Work must be substantially complete by Friday, September 18, 2026. Bids should be placed in an envelope clearly marked as the Secure Vestibules project. No bids may be withdrawn after opening without the consent of the School Corporation within ninety days. Contractors must comply with Indiana's Common Construction Wage Act. Each bid must include a non-collusion affidavit and a certified cashier's check or financial surety bond for five percent of the bid amount, payable to the Treasurer of the School Corporation, to guarantee against default in complying with the terms of the notice and bid. The Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Direct questions in writing via email to lisa@viridian-design.net B. Verbal answers are not binding on any party. C. Submit questions no later than Tuesday, April 14, 2026 by noon. Replies will be made by Addenda, which may be issued during Bidding period.
