Periodic inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and associated ductwork, including the provision of all management, labor, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform services in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including NFPA 96. Work includes removing accumulated grease from hoods, ducts, fans, and other system components; performing system inspections; documenting findings; and ensuring that all cleaned systems meet required safety and operational standards. Services support the Governments effort to evaluate industry capability and may be refined prior to issuance of a formal solicitation. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
