The City of Fernley is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms for professional SCADA engineering, integration, and construction support services for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The focus is on all wastewater-related SCADA components located outside the treatment plant, such as remote lift stations and tanks. The selected consultant will assist with system assessment, architecture development, implementation planning, procurement support, and construction-phase services for modernizing and standardizing the City’s wastewater SCADA framework. The project aims to establish consistent standards, address operational deficiencies, improve reliability, and provide a clear plan for implementation and future expansion of the SCADA system. The updated system must be compatible with both existing and planned new SCADA systems at the treatment plant. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
