Remodeling of a library in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a three-room library.

Construction of two small interior study rooms and a sensory room in existing interior space at Mead Public Library. The project includes selective demolition, provision of all necessary construction materials, line and low voltage electrical work, floor coverings, as well as painting and staining. Bidders must submit bids on the forms provided, furnish bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or certified check for at least 5% of the total base bid, and, if awarded, provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the project bid. Contractors must have a valid Bidders Proof of Responsibility on file at least five days prior to the bid date. A certificate of insurance naming the City as additionally insured is required prior to the start of work. All proposals become the property of the City and must remain valid for at least 60 days beyond the submission deadline. Proposals may be withdrawn up until the submission deadline.
