Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 20,000-square-foot educational facility.

Sealed bids will be received for the complete razing, disposal, and site restoration of the Former Elementary School, 721 North 6th Street, Sheboygan. Bids must be in electronic format and submitted to the County of Sheboygan. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held, and bidders must attend to be considered. Bid security of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount must accompany the bids. The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount and a Certificate of Insurance naming the County as additionally insured within ten days of award. Bids must be on forms provided, submitted electronically in a single pdf, and will not be withdrawn for 60 days after the due date without consent. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, cancel the solicitation, waive informalities, or accept any bid considered most advantageous. The County is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax. Detailed specifications may be obtained electronically from the Purchasing Agent. The work entailed under the Base Bid contract consists of all permits, labor, machinery, materials to completely remove and lawfully dispose of the approximate 20,000 sq. ft main structure including basements, foundations, floors, remaining furnishings and equipment and select site pavement and full restoration of the site to a dust free condition.
