Provide all general construction, HVAC, and electrical work, along with the removal of existing structures, necessary to complete the Sterile Storage Improvements project in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to execute the improvements as designed. Wage Determination PA20260093 dated 01/09/26 applies to this solicitation and any resultant award, and the contractor is responsible for the proper classification of workers and compliance with all applicable wage and hour laws. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. VAAR Clause 852.219-75 must be signed and returned with the proposal, or the offeror will be considered non-responsive.
