The Pennsylvania Game Commission, Southeast Region, requires services to maintain approximately 5,256 feet of administrative road on State Game Lands 211 in Lebanon County. Services include the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, tools, equipment, and aggregate for the road improvement project. The contractor will supply all necessary equipment to grade and shape the road surface, as well as deliver, apply, grade, scarify, and compact specified aggregates according to attached specifications. All equipment, materials, labor, insurance, and miscellaneous expenses necessary to complete the operation are to be provided by the contractor. The project is being bid as one contract, and the unit price shall include all associated costs. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Commonwealth's "PA Supplier Portal" system. Registration as a vendor is required before bidding. Work may begin after the purchase order is received and the performance bond is provided. Payment will be based on the amount of work completed as per specifications. Work must be completed by June 30th, 2026, and no extension of time will be awarded.
