Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a 4,800-square-foot road / highway; 548-square-foot road / highway; 10,100-square-foot road / highway; and 2,100-square-foot road / highway.

Sealed proposals must cover all labor, equipment, materials, and all other costs incidental to the work and construction of: Contract C-1-26-e Weidman Street Paving Project (3rd Street to Lincoln Ave). There are three options: Option #1 Weidman Street (Lincoln Ave-7th Ave), Option #2 Weidman Street (7th Ave-8th Ave), and Option #3: Foster/Plum Street (Chestnut St. to Walnut St.). Work includes mobilization to site, mill and prep, application of Superpave Asphalt Base/Scratch Course and Wear Course of specified types and depths, sealant application at all curblines, joints, seams, manholes, and other pavement penetrations, ensuring proper tie-ins, and base repair where needed, with areas identified during a site walk/preconstruction meeting. Estimated quantities for each section are detailed. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the designated program. Each bid must include a certified check, bank draft, negotiable U.S. government bonds at par value, or satisfactory bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. Bids must be unconditional and remain valid for sixty (60) days after closing. There is a requirement for minimum salaries and wages as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor. Contractors must ensure non-discrimination regarding race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, but all proposals may be accepted or rejected at the city's discretion. The project is financed in part with Community Development Block Grant funds and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. This is also a Section 3 Project, requiring utilization of project area businesses to the greatest extent feasible.
