Question Deadline 01/23/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted through Online. This Project will utilize one (1) set of Project Documents/Plans to solicit bids for the General Construction associated with the Schilling Landfill Vertical Well Installation (Phase II) Project. The General Bid includes the drilling/construction of vertical gas collection wells on the existing landfill, modifications/additions to the existing landfill gas collection system, excavation/fill, and all incidentals outlined in the Project Plans and Specifications. The Project is located in North Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, approximately 3 miles northwest of the City of Lebanon, PA. The Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority (Glra) Will Receive Sealed Bids Online for the Project: Schilling Landfill Vertical Well Installation (Phase II). The Project Consists of a "general Contract" Which Will Be Bid/awarded Using the Provided Set of Project Documents and Plans. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
