Site work for a mixed-use development in Mishawaka, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Contractors must submit written requests for information and clarifications to the Architect no later than seven (7) working days prior to Bid Date. All information, clarifications and interpretations will be made by a written addendum. Project A: Meadow's Edge Elementary School Playground Resurfacing involves crack filling and sealing the asphalt playgrounds on the west and south sides of the elementary school and installing new pavement markings. Project B: Northpoint Elementary School Asphalt requires replacing full depth asphalt at the west and east parking lots, milling and overlaying the drive between Northpoint Elementary School parking lot and the Mary Frank Elementary School parking lot, installing new pavement markings including additional ADA spaces and standard parking spots in place of existing bus parking spots, and removing and replacing existing speed bumps and sections of deteriorated curb and/or sidewalk. Bids must be properly and completely executed on the provided Bid Form and accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, Form 96 of the State Board of Accounts, and a certified check or bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder's total bid amount, including all alternate bid items and other items as noted. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount prior to execution of contracts. Bonds must remain in effect for at least 12 months after the date of final completion of the Contract.
