Site work for a civil project in Mishawaka, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Base Bid work consists of demolition and site preparation of the existing trailer park, including: demolition of fifty-four (54) trailer structures, foundations, and pads; selective tree clearing and grubbing; removal of all above-ground utilities; abandonment and flowable fill of the existing sanitary sewer system; removal of existing pavement, hardscape, and site improvements; topsoil stripping and stockpiling; erosion and sediment control; maintenance of traffic; and site restoration. Alternate A provides for removal of all underground utilities. The selected Contractor shall furnish a Certificate of Insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Invitation for Bids, naming the Owner and Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. as additional insureds. Performance and Payment bonds are not required for this project. Each bid shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the bid due date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities, and to award the contract in a manner most responsive to the Owner's interest.
