Demolition, site work and paving for a medical facility in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility.

Bids may be submitted for the project described as McNairy County Health Department Driveway Modifications at 2 Prime Care Drive, Selmer, TN. The work includes demolition of curbs and islands and asphalt paving. Documents must be obtained from Lashlee-Rich, Inc. Each bidder receives a set of plans along with bidding instructions and bid form. Bidders must submit a copy of their Affidavit and Certified Application for The Tennessee Drug Free Workplace Program in a separate envelope attached to the outside of the envelope containing the bid; the bid will not be opened unless this requirement is met. Bids must be properly licensed under applicable laws and able to obtain required insurance and bonds. A performance bond, labor and material payment bond, and insurance acceptable to the owner are required for successful bidders whose bid exceeds $25,000; all bidders must maintain required insurance. A certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond equal to 5% of the bid is required with each labor and material bid in excess of $25,000. No bids may be withdrawn for 90 days after the opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities or irregularities.
