The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) seeks a vendor to reproduce printed mesh fence wraps/screens for Shirley Chisholm State Park located on Jamaica Bay in New York City. The screens must be produced using Duratex™ 12oz Supreme Mesh Banner with 90/10 air flow, or approved equal, on an on-demand basis due to the park's extreme wind conditions. OPRHP estimates the purchase of 10,000 square feet of screens annually, totaling approximately 50,000 square feet over a five-year period. Attendance at a pre-bid site visit is mandatory, with vendors required to attend only one session and notify the designated contact by the date/time indicated in the IFB Timeline to be eligible to attend.
